Hey there!

I am a public health scientist working in infectious disease genomics but my passion is in storytelling!

Currently working on my debut novel, you can find me most days fighting with a robot and trying to sequence genomes. When I am not at my day job, or trying to cram writing/editing into every tiny bit of extra time, you can find me hanging with my family, baking and camping.

Escaping to the world of Romantasy became a much needed reprieve for me during a trying season of life when my three year old son walked through a Childhood Cancer journey. As I read more and more books, I began craving a new take on the typical Romantasy FMC. Why couldn't she be older and prioritize intelligence and kindness over brute strength? Eventually, I decided to take a chance and write one! This is my first novel and I have no other works outside of scientific journals.
